For the past 11 years, our company has been transforming traditional, local, artisanal production into an exceptional pre-packaged premium product, distributed in over 300 local grocery stores. We have succeeded in preserving ancestral recipes and processes, which has contributed to the renown and excellence of our products and our emblematic brand image.
Although we have concentrated our efforts on distribution in local grocery shops, our range of products is aimed at supermarkets, hotels and restaurants, on-the-go outlets and community kitchens, all of which are new markets to conquer.
We have outsourced our manufacturing to a highly reliable partner in 2014, and over the years, we have woptimized our operations, reducing them to their simplest form, which no longer requires any special skills.
As a result, manufacturing, warehousing, order preparation, distribution logistics and accounting only require 1/5th of a full-time.
Our production capacity, as it stands, is 1,200 pallets a year, without the need for any additional investment, which would enable us to export all over the world and meet the needs of the largest distribution chains - our manufacturing facilities are IFS-certified, by the way.
All the company's partners (suppliers and service providers) can look back on more than 10 years of happy collaboration.
Since our creation, we have never had to deplore a single payment default, and customer overdue payments are extremely rare, due to simple oversights.
The company is not involved in any litigation, has no off-balance sheet commitments, and has no debts other than regular supplier incurrences (we have standard payment terms of 30 to 60 days with 80% of our suppliers).
