Company activities

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het vakkundig fileren van alle platte en ronde vissoorten, met uitgebreide diensten zoals panklaar maken, onthuiden, ontvetten, ontgraten, en verpakken voor derden. Het bedrijf werkt met duurzaam gevangen vis van Belgische vissers en reders, vers uit de Noordzee d.m.v. moderne vissersvaartuigen. Daarnaast verwerkt het bedrijf ook ingevoerde vis uit Noorwegen, Denemarken en IJsland, waarbij dezelfde hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden worden gehandhaafd. Daarnaast voldoet het bedrijf aan de strenge HACCP hygiëne normen: wat garandeert dat de producten veilig zijn voor consumptie en dat de processen effectief zijn in het voorkomen van besmetting.
