Het klantenbestand van het bedrijf omvat hoofdzakelijk B2B klanten (horeca, grootkeukens en andere professionals) in West -en Oost-Vlaanderen. 

Mercato beschikt over een goed uitgerust en ergonomisch ingericht magazijn. De duidelijke indeling van het magazijn, inclusief frigo- en diepvriesruimtes, bevordert een efficiënte dagelijkse werking en optimale opslag van producten.
