Bestaand Antwerps accountantskantoor wenst uit te breiden en middels overname te groeien en wenst haar aanvullende diensten (managementadvies en digitale diensten) aan een breder klantenbestand te kunnen aanbieden.

Profiel:

Accountantskantoor of boekhoudkantoor met een toekomstige bedrijfsopvolgingsproblematiek.

Het kantoor heeft bij voorkeur focus op ondernemingen en minder op horeca en detail-handel. Voorts is het kantoor niet afhankelijk van zeer grote klanten die een grote impact hebben op de totale omzet of waarbij het kantoor afhankelijk is van een sleutelfiguur die bij een dergelijke klant onlosmakelijk is verbonden.

De ideale omzet bedraagt tussen de 300.000 euro en 1 miljoen euro. Kleinere afwijkingen van deze omzetvork zijn ook bespreekbaar.

Ideaal aantal medewerkers tussen 3 en 10. Meer of minder is ook bespreekbaar. Bij voorkeur hebben de medewerkers diploma bachelor accountancy of gelijkwaardig.

Locatie:

Provincie Antwerpen en meer bepaald regio Noord-Antwerpen: Deurne – Essen – Turn-hout – Herentals en Lier. Indien het kantoor net buiten deze regio gelegen is, is dit ook bespreekbaar.
